Charles Palmer was born 6 Sep 1775 at Stonington, Connecticut. He was the tenth child of Denison Palmer and his first wife Marvin Palmer.
He married 10 Jan 1802 at Stonington, Connecticut, Betsey Denison. They had 8 children.
Charles Palmer passed away 15 Oct 1837 at Stonington. [1]
