Birth
Joseph was born on the 5 February 1902 in Croydon, Surrey, England.[1][2] He was the son of Frederick Parsons and Sarah Tilley.
Marriage
He married Nelie Pretoria Nightingale in 1921 in Croydon, Surrey, England.[3]
Residence & Employment
He grew up in the family home in Merton, Surrey, England.[4] After his marriage to Nelie Pretoria Nightingale he moved to Mitchum, Surrey, England, where he was employed as a steel Erector.[5]
Death
He died in March 1982 in Wandsworth, London, England.[6]
