Benjamin married Elizabeth (Whitaker) Peck (-1731) both of Rehoboth married 13 Feb 1728/1729. She died 15 Apr 1731. He married second Elizabeth _ who died 4 Sep 1756. [3]

Benjamin “settled in the southwest part of Attleborough, in that part now Cumberland” [Rhode Island]. “His will is upon the Cumberland Records, B. 3, p. 22.” [4]
He died 10 Aug 1749. He is buried with a headstone in Palmer River Churchyard Cemetery, Rehoboth, Massachusetts. [5]
