Thomas Esmond Peck was born on August 21, 1879 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of James Peck and Mary Skelton. He married Nettie Budden on June 17, 1907 in Montreal, Quebec. He passed away on May 12, 1920 at the age of 41, leaving a widow and seven children. He is buried at the Cimetière Mont-Royal, Outremont, Montreal Region, Quebec, Canada.
