Biography
According to Pearson's First Settlers of Schenectady, Elisabeth was a daughter of Jacobus Peek and was the widow of of Cornelis van der Volgen when she married Joseph (Joost) Van Sice on 8 November 1732. [1]
Children of and Joseph van Sice and Elisabeth Peek, baptized in Schenectady, New York, were:[1]
- Jacobus, baptized 19 August 1733.
- Cornelis, baptized 29 March 1737.
- Petrus
- Margriet, married Doctor Dirk Van Ingen.
