Leonard was born in 1892 to George Willard Perry and Charlotte Julia Fullmer in Utah. He married Nellie Colton in October 1921 and they had issue. Nellie passed in 1925. He married Beulah Harriet (Baker) Hiatt in 1930 and they had issue. He passed away in 1967.
