Fletcher Phillips is a part of US Black heritage.

Fletcher Phillips, son of Timothy Phillips and Nancy Cooper, was born in 1873. In 1900 Fletcher was living in Sherman, Grayson, Texas. In the household were his brother, Felix and Fletcher's wife Mattie, b. Oct 1880 in Texas, age 18. Fletcher and Mattie had been married less than a year. Felix and Fletcher were barbers.
