Biography
Elmer S. Phinney was born on December 31, 1884 in Midgic, New Brunswick. He was the son of William Phinney and Mary Estabrooks. He married his second cousin, Clissie Wheaton, on October 14, 1908.[1]
Elmer died in 1962 and was buried in the Midgic Cemetery.[2]
