Biography

Died 26 JAN 1784.

Buried Ann Porter Ziegler is buried in the cemetery of the Old Norriton Presbyterian Church in Fairview Village, Montgomery Co, PA. [1] She is buried near her parents and her infant daughter Elizabeth. Her husband, Andrew Ziegler died in 1774 in PA. Christopher Ziegler, Andrew's father, went to Orphan's Court in Philadelphia for permission to sell his late son Andrew's land to support his widow and 2 children. 28 Dec 1774. Burial place for Andrew is unknown. I have seen her tombstone there with her daughter and near her parents. Landy Gobes

I agree, David. She is definitely not in Ohio.

Porter-5613 and Porter-9115 appear to represent the same person because: Not finding any source for her death in Ohio. Looking at https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/26021960/ann-ziegler the only guess is that someone saw her in Montgomery County and thought the one in Ohio was the only one.
