However, this pairing is highly improbable because Rouse Potter, son of Robert was 10 years younger than Elizabeth. Furthermore Rouse Potter (abt.1729-), son of Ichabod was ten years older than Elizabeth Gardiner they were step-siblings and therefore vastly more likely to have been married.
