Biography
Vera was born in 1909. She is the daughter of William Punch and Bridge Ann (Jordan).[1][2]
Veronica Louisa, she married Alfred John White on April 10, 1939, in St Patricks Catholic Church, Kerang Victoria[3]
She and her husband lived in Denison, Tasmania.
Alfred was knighted in 1971 and Veronica became Lady Veronica White[4]
Veronica died in 2000 in Taroona, Tasmania and is buried in the Cornelian Bay (Hobart) Cemetery, Tasmania - Church Of England, Kb, Number 97[5]
Inscription on headstone: In Loving Memory of The Hon. Sir ALFRED JOHN WHITE K.B. 2nd February 1902 - 31st August 1987. And his beloved wife VERONICA LOUISE (nee Punch) 23rd November 1908 - 28th April 2000.
Probate of her estate was granted on October 26, 2000.[6]
