Biography

Sarah was born in Mangrove Creek in the district of Gosford, New South Wales, Australia in 1849. She is the daughter of James Purvis and Sarah Woodbury. ^[1]

The district shown on her birth record was "NP". This was an early New South Wales Church Code for the Church of England parishes of Gosford and Kincumber. ^[2]

She married John Saxby in Bendolba, New South Wales, Australia on 15 May 1866. ^[3]
