Samuel was born in 1896.
From 1900-1940 Samuel shows up on US Census for Buckingham, Virginia.
In 1940 he is living in Manteo, Buckingham, Virginia. Living with him, is his wife and 7 seven children, 4 sons & 3 daughters.[1]
He passed away in 1969.[2]He was buried at the Glenmore United Methodist Church Cemetery, Buckingham, Virginia.
