Her middle name is said to be Alemeda; however, this writer couldn't locate a source for it other than findagrave, which was added to her findagrave memorial at the request of Mr. Yarbrough.

She doesn't have a Tennessee Death Certificate and she didn't appear in the funeral records of Alcorn County, Mississippi; however, Perkins Funeral records aren't online past 1960. She is buried in New Hope Cemetery, Eastview, McNairy County, Tennessee, USA with a marked grave. It is inscribed with her name as Charity.^[8]This writer also checked Alabama Death records as several of her children moved to Alabama, but didn't locate a record there either.
