Biography

Elmer was born in 1861.^[1]. Elmer Renshaw ... He passed away in 1904 ^[2], or possibly in 1901. ^[3]

Elmer was somewhat an inventor. He collaboratived on four U.S. Patents for farming equipment in Renshaw and Galconda Illinois in the late 1800's. He was the first Postmaster for Renshaw, Illinois and his wife Racheal C ( Watkins ) Renshaw was the first Postmistress after Elmer's death in 1901.^[4]
