Ruth Richards was born on May 8, 1785, in Connecticut, to Capt. Edmond Richards, 28, and Ruth Waring, 25. She married Isaac Warren (aka "Waring"), a 2nd cousin, in 1810 in Norwalk, Connecticut. They had two children during their marriage. The family is shown in census records in Norwalk, Fairfield, Connecticut in 1810-1850. She died on October 6, 1853, at the age of 68, and was buried in Union Cemetery in Newaygo, Fairfield, Connecticut.[1]
