Biography
Charles Lawrence 'Tom' Riley CBE was born in 1888 at Preston, Lancashire, England. He was the son of Charles O L Riley. [1] .
He married Lucille Mary Lefroy(1891-1974) in 1916 in Moora[2].(listed as next of kin on service documents).
