Jordan Tucker Rountree, Sr. was born in 1871 in Berrien County, Georgia to John Albert Rountree and Sarah Tucker.[1] He married Orpie Lee Crosby in 1895 in Berrien County, Georgia.[2][3][4][5][6][7] Jordan passed away in 1945 in Cook County Georgia and is buried in the Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery in Sparks, Georgia.[8][9]
