Biography
Benoni was born in 1715, the son of Benoni Rowell and his wife Sarah. [1] He was baptized on 07 July 1728 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts, at the same time as his brother Josiah.[2]
Benoni Rowell (Jr.) married Mary Young on 28 Sept 1742 in Salem, Rockingham, New Hampshire. [3][4] He passed away in 1797.
