Biography
According to William Hastlett Jones, Joseph Rowell was the son of Thomas and Margaret (Milner) Rowell was baptized at Mancetter, Warwick, England on December 6, 1630. [1] However the baptismal records of Mancetter show that his parents were William and Anne Rowell. William was likely Thomas' first cousin.[2]
He married Elizabeth Pemmington in July 1650. [1]
