Biography
Alta Rowley was born 1900 in Mexico, daughter of John Sylvester Rowley and Eliza Clemens. She married in 1911 on the same day as as Delbert Wilcock married his other wife Effie LeFevre. All six children are attributed to her, though that may not be true. She died in 1991 in Utah, United States.
