Robert Aaron Rowley was born on June 8, 1964 in Spokane, Washington, United States, son of Mark Aaron Roberts (1942–2020) and Eleanor Sheard (1940–2020).^[1]

Robert married Marie Elizabeth Jennings. They were divorced 12 Jun 1992 in Spokane, Spokane, Washington.^[2]

Robert died on February 1, 2014 in Spokane, aged 49. He was cremated and a memorial is engraved on his mother's tombstone in Pines Cemetery, Spokane Valley, Washington.^[1]
