Jess Deloss Rowley was born on December 13, 1914 in Safford, Graham, Arizona, United States, son of Raymond Deloss Rowley (1879–1958) and Josie Mae Anglin (1895–1964).[1]
In 1920, Jess was living with his parents Raymond D and May Rowley in Navajo, Arizona.[1][2]
Jess (17) married Louise Matilda Root (18) (born on November 24, 1913 in Pima, Graham; daughter of Glen Gardner Root and Maggie (Craig) Root) in 1932. Their son was Dale Deloss Rowley (1935–2000).
Jess died on August 17, 1991 in Safford, Graham, Arizona, aged 76. He was buried in Safford City Cemetery, Safford, Graham County, Arizona.[3]
