Biography

Jacob was born 2 Apr 1737 in Dartmouth, Bristol, Massachusetts Bay Colony.[1] He was the son of John Russell III and Joanna (Tucker) Russell.[1][2]

He married Phebe Wilcox, daughter of Stephen and Mary Wilcox of Dartmouth, on 30d 12m 1756.[2]

He died on 28 Sep 1772 in Dartmouth.
