Arabell died intestate and in the court papers is a document that states she died on on February 2, 1887 and lists the names and addresses of her heirs as being on March 10, 1888 by her administrator James W. Foster:

Another page says she has an interest in a life insurance policy issued out of Newark, New Jersey by Mutual Benefit Life held by William Samples, father of Arabella Foster. There is a credit dated March 24, 1888 for funeral expenses of William Samples.

Another page states on May 20, 1890 that J W Foster is guardian of Geo B., Frank L., & Gussie May Foster, heirs of Arabell Foster.
