    HIGHAM v HIGHAM.
This was a part-heard consolidated suit, in which Frederick George Higham petitioned for a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights to be directed to Amy Higham (formerly Sanderson), to whom he was married on June 15, 1910 [sic], at Wagga, according to the rites of the Church of England. The respondent cross-petitioned for a judicial separation on the ground of her husband's cruelty and ill-treatment. His Honor dismissed the husband's petition, and found for the wife. He postponed pronouncing a decree of judicial separation at the request of her counsel, however, in order that she might bring forward a motion for the granting of alimony pendente lite. The question of the custody of the three children of the union was also stood over. Mr. Maxwell, K.C., and with him Mr. Tonking, appeared for the petitioner; and Mr. Stuckey for the respondent.
