Winslow was born in 26 Feb 1750 in Malden, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was the son of Silas Sargeant and Mary Burditt.[1][2][3] He may have been named for Governor Edward Winslow, the 3rd governor of Plymouth Colony, who had come on the Mayflower in 1620.[4]
On 22 Dec 1772, Winslow Sargent and Mary Burditt filed an intention to marry (Marriage License) in Malden. They were married on 15 Mar 1773 by Rev. E. Willias.[5][6]. They had 7 children, all born in Malden:[7]

[8][9]
Tabitha (Nichols) Bill (1761-1805): She was the daughter of John Nichols and Elizabeth Burditt and the widow of Benjamin Bill.[12] She married Winslow on 11 Mar 1804. They had one child, Caroline (1805-1856). Tabitha died 2 1/2 weeks after Caroline was born, so it was probably related to childbirth.[13]
Hannah Sargent (1764-1811): She may have been born a Sargent, or Sargent could be her married name. Ancestry Family Trees claim she is a daughter of David Sargent and Mehitable Green, but there is no documentation, although the birth and death dates match. In any case, they have one child, James (1806-1813).[14]
23 Jul 1812: Martha (Carter) Barrett - daughter of Jabez Carter and Lydia Dean and widow of Joseph B Barrett. Martha and Winslow had no children.[15]
Winslow passed away in 8 Sep 1819. in Malden [16][17][18] No information was found on where he and his family are buried.
