Biography

Catherine was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Henry Schlotzhauer and Mary Knechtel.^[1] She lived with her parents and siblings in Ellice, Perth, Ontario in 1881.^[2]

Catherine married John Christian Schenk about 1896. They had children. They lived in Perth, Ontario in 1901^[3] and 1911.^[4]

Religion: Evangelical (Évangélique).
