Catherine was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Henry Schlotzhauer and Mary Knechtel.[1] She lived with her parents and siblings in Ellice, Perth, Ontario in 1881.[2]
Catherine married John Christian Schenk about 1896. They had children. They lived in Perth, Ontario in 1901[3] and 1911.[4]
