DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:

Scott-21603 and Scott-4761 appear to represent the same person because: Based on same wife.

I removed Matilda (Scott) Moore and THeodocia (Scott) Kendell as children, Both appear to be daughters of Ann Cooksey.

My autosomal own evidence suggests Theodocia and Charity are only half sisters [different mothers]. With mother Ann Cooksey, Theodocia has full sisters Matilda (Scott)Moore, Mary (Scott) Tucker, and Julia Anne (Scott) Parsons which is supported with other evidence [e.g. Terry Bodkin Scott page] which I will add to Theodocia's page after I separate her from Alice Glover.

I think you're on the track but this is an incorrect Scott linkage. Cooksey and Philpott/Glover are not in the same tree.
