Biography

Phineas was born in 1756/7. He was the son of David Scott and Esther Belden.^[1]

Phineas married Rhoda Crafts, the daughter of Thomas Crafts and Sarah Graves on 25 December 1776. Phineas and Rhoda had the following known children:
