Biography
James was born in 1950 to the late William Monroe and Peggy Jo (Harris) Seal. He has 2 sisters. He was married to Crystal Gale Penton and had 1 son. He remarried later to Milda Donaldson Seal and had 2 more children, a son and a daughter. He was in the Cpast Guard and Army Reserve. He was a police officer for many years in St. Charles Parish then in Picayune. He passed away in 2008 at Forrest General Hospital and buried in Pine Grove Cemetary in Picayune, MS.
