Frank A. Seckla, 30, of Hawthorne St, Manchester, beloved husband of Maria (Flores) Seckla, died Tuesday (February 20, 2001) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born in Middletown March 10, 1970, son of Joseph J. Seckla of Manchester and the late Barbara (Barbour) Seckla, and had resided in Manchester for several years, having formerly lived in Marlborough and Glastonbury. Before his illness, he was employed by Arbor Acres Farm, Glastonbury. Frank was a graduate of RHAM High School, Hebron, class of 1988.[1]
