Note: DEATH: According a letter from Christoph Seidel to Hannah Ebenstein (15 Dec 1877), he was 85 years 3 months old when he died. His will was apparently probated in Naumburg, Saxony, Germany, with provisions for the sons Christoph and Adolph to contribute to their sister Hannah's share. Christoph retained the house and the family business(translator could not determine exact meaning - the word used could mean either a pub, a farm, or merely the household)[2][3]
