Rebecca Ellen "Nell, Nellie" Serjeant was born in 1895 in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Sarah (Hensell) Serjeant and William Serjeant.^[1]

She was a student at the Parwan School.^[2]

She married Douglas Thomas Moule in 1930 in Victoria.^[3]

Nell died on 18 June 1935 in Heidelberg, Victoria.^[4][5] Her remains were interred at the Fawkner Memorial Park in Fawkner, Victoria.^[6]
