Biography

Martha (Seton) Maitland is a member of Clan Seton.

Eldest daughter. Mother of Sir Richard Maitland, her eldest child, who was born in 1496.[1] Her dates of birth and death appear to be unknown, however a birth year of 1476 would be a fair estimate. Her husband fell at the Battle of Flodden.

Seton-506 and Seton-72 do not represent the same person because: these are the same, but there is a system glitch. So we have to reject and then repropose the merge.
DeSeton Lady Thirlestane-1 and Seton-72 appear to represent the same person because: The daughter of George 2nd Lord Seton who married William Maitland went by the name of Margaret or Martha, and these two profiles represent the same person and should be merged.
