Biography

Warren was born in 1867. He was the son of Joseph Shirey and Susan Bowers. Eugene married twice He was first united in marriage to Miss David Ella Brown,26 May 1896. he was later united in marriage to Miss Willie Slusser in 1917. He passed away in 1940.
