Peter Sigurd Sjurson Flamer[1][2] was born 12 Aug 1858 Bremanger, Sogn og Fjordane, Norway, [2][3][4][5] son of Sjur Pederson and Anne Magrete Johansdatter. He was a skipper, as listed on the Citizenship Roll, of 15 Feb 1894 Bergen, Hordaland, Norway. [4]
Peter Sigurd married Edvardine Pauline Paulsen 28 Mar 1896 Domkirken, Bergen, Hordaland, Norway. [2][3][6] They had two children: Erik Paulsen Flamer [7] and Arne Schmidt Flamer[8]
They appeared on the Census of 1900 at Engen 52, Bergen, Hordaland, Norway. [7]
Peter Sigurd died in 1905 at sea aboard the 'Albertos', off Norway.[9]
