- Maggie loved to iron - she worked at a laundry at Providence Hospital in KCK.
- Maggie and Morgan Slaughter had one daughter.
- She got her long hair cut and a permanent wave for the 1st time July 28, 1935. Maggie passed away about 4:15 pm on June 4th 1977.
