Smith-163413 and Smith-22432 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicates. Parents of Smith-163413 were removed as per the comment on her profile, since her father's will proves they were wrong.
Nelly is a duplicated Nelly Smith. But they are currently connected to different fathers. John Andrew Smith named his daughter "Nelly Harris" in his will, so he is her father. I proposed disconnecting the parents connected here (unless a source for this connection is forthcoming, but I know of none). After that, the profiles could be merged.
