He owned 105 acres on McCrakens Run 1799 and 1806 and in 1817 he owned 151 1/2 acres on Millar's Run. He is on the 1820 Census on Scott County, Kentucky with wife, 5 children and 10 slaves. He patented land in Boone County, Missouri (TWO 48N) on 1823, and he and wife and family appear on the 1830 census of Boone County, Missouri. He died February 20, 1839, leaving a will (Estate #333, Boone County, Missouri) dated 16 February 1839 and proved 3 August 1842.
