Biography

Eula Lorene Snow was born in September 1921. She was the 3rd child and oldest daughter of Willis Snow and Nancy Isabell Cornett.

On May 28, 1938, in Lamar, Hughes Co., Oklahoma, Eula L. Snow married Charles Buford Brooks, b: 10 Sep 1907 in Blanchard, Grady, Oklahoma. Charlie and Eula (Snow) Brooks had five children. Three of them are still living (not listed here) and two are deceased:

1. Lana Beth Brooks (May 21, 1944 - May 31, 2003); m. Roland Zeigler^[1]
2. Geary Lynn Brooks (Sep. 12, 1948 - Feb. 18, 1994); m. Leona Marie Iverson, June 1981. Leona died Aug. 10, 2007, in Pueblo CO. No children.^[2]

Charlie Buford Brooks died in Gore, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, on July 6, 1996. His wife, Eula Lorene (Snow) Brooks, survived him for just over a year, passing away in Gore, OK, on August 16, 1997. They are both buried at White Cemetery, Gore, Sequoyah, Oklahoma, near their daughter and son
