Introduction
The purpose of this page is to collect sources for the purpose of evaluating the possibility that the first wife of Simon Mills of Windsor was Sarah Bissell, daughter of John Bissell (abt.1591-1677), and other questions:
- What is the evidence that Simon Mills was a passenger on the Mary and John?
- What is the evidence that Simon Mills had a wife prior to Jone/Joan? If there is convincing evidence, what evidence is there that her name was Sarah? Is there any evidence that she was a Bissell?
- Were there two Simon Mills in Windsor (father and son), or only one who married both Jone and Mary Buell?
