Wesley served as pastor of First Baptist Church, Vancouver, British Columbia starting on June 26, 1896, and ending in 1899, when he moved to Rossland.[1][2]
Rev. Dr. W. T. Stackhouse is “one of the leaders” of a national Baptist layman’s missionary campaign. He “is traveling across the country presenting its claims and obtaining marvelous successes.” He tells his audience at a First Baptist Church banquet that he has spoken to at least 42,000 men during his tour.[3]
