Biography
James Stewart was born in 1860 in Stokesley, Yorkshire, England, his father, Isaac, was 32 and his mother, Maria, was 25. He married Jane McGregor on July 20, 1881, in Belmont, Durham, England. They had ten children in 23 years. He died on August 19, 1938, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, at the age of 77.[1][2][3]
