Frederick Stiles was born on 7 Dec 1815 in Albert County, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Robert E Stiles (1790 - 1852) and Charlotte (Babcock) Stiles (~1791 - 1867).

Frederick (23) married Sarah Ann Stevens (~22) (born about 1817; died on 27 Aug 1891), daughter of Thomas Stevens and Sarah Calkins, on 16 Oct 1839 in Westmorland, New Brunswick^[1]. Their daughter was Margaret J (UNKNOWN) Stiles (1847 - ~1878).

Frederick died on 28 Sep 1878 in New Brunswick aged 62. He is buried in Albert Pioneer Cemetery, Riverside-Albert, New Brunswick.^[2]
