David A. Stone, son of George Stones and Matilda Coffman, was born on 8 January 1838 in Hillsdale, Hillsdale, Michigan. [1]
David A. Stone died in 1907 in Jackson, Michigan [2] and was buried in Jonesville, Michigan. [3]

But he killed the child. Not considered responsible, he was held in the jail at Jackson, Michigan for the rest of his life (1884 - 1907)."
