Biography

David A. Stone, son of George Stones and Matilda Coffman, was born on 8 January 1838 in Hillsdale, Hillsdale, Michigan. [1]

David A. Stone died in 1907 in Jackson, Michigan [2] and was buried in Jonesville, Michigan. [3]

Text: "His life is a very sad story as he was apparently mentally deficient. He lived with Joel and sometimes with Emma. Emma's little 7-year old Lula was fond of her uncle David. But he killed the child. Not considered responsible, he was held in the jail at Jackson, Michigan for the rest of his life (1884 - 1907)."
