  • Flem Street was born on 22 July 1893.[1] He passed away on 30 Jul 1936 in Los Angeles, California.
  • His parents are somewhat a mystery but not.
  • He was listed as employed by the Railroad, at 16, able to read and write.
  • Parents on the 1910 census: Father listed as born in West Virginia, Mother listed as born in Virginia.

To date, we have not found any records of a wife and/or children for him at all. He was listed as single on his death record.

Death and Burial

Flem resided at Pacific Branch of the National Home for Disabled Veteran Soldiers[14][13] and died on 30 July 1936 with signs of severe PTSD and was buried in Section 90 Row H Site 20 at the Los Angeles National Cemetery, Los Angeles California, United States.[16][17][18]

  • PTSD signs on death record listing alcohol which is possible/likely from seeing action in The Battle of Fismes[19] and injuries thereof.
