Biography
Milford was born in 1909. He was the son of Will Strong and Laura Ballard.
He died, at the age of 89, on July 7, 1998 in Macon County, Alabama.[1] He is buried at the Salem Macon Baptist Church Cemetery, Notasulga, Macon County, Alabama.[2]
