Henry Howard Strozier was born May 27, 1925 in Flint, Genesee, Michigan, United States, son of R D Strozier and Luella Maze.

He married Bessie Mae Snell (1926-2014) and they had at least two children together, Charlie and Cynthia. He had a son (Henry) with Lillie Jean Williams (1952-2004), but it's uncertain if they married.

He also married Lucille Unknown. Her LNAB might be Bell.^[1]

Howard died Apr 30, 2007 in Flint, Michigan and is buried in Gracelawn Cemetery, Flint, Genesee, Michigan, United States. ^{[2] [3]}
