Athens - Mrs. Lela Elizabeth Nash, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2006. She is survived by her sons: David Garber of Athens, Ray Garber, Jr. of Jonesboro; daughter, Louise Adair of Wilmington, NC; two sisters; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at Sherwood Memorial Park at 3pm. Rev. Tom Miller will officiate. The family will receive friends TODAY from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
